About the role

  • Business Development Manager at MotorTech AI transforming automotive retail. Responsible for identifying and closing UK automotive dealerships onto the MotorTech AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach independent dealerships and dealer groups
  • Book and deliver high impact product demonstrations in person and virtual
  • Convert trial dealerships into paying clients
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
  • Work closely with Head of Sales and leadership on strategy
  • Provide real market feedback to influence product positioning
  • Attend automotive trade events where required
  • Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and pipeline management
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive SaaS sales, or, Automotive retail sales dealer facing B2B preferred
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations including sales, finance, leads and KPIs
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Experience selling digital, SaaS or technology solutions preferred
  • Comfortable speaking with Dealer Principals, General Managers and Group Directors
  • Tenacious and resilient
