Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Manage portfolio of clients ensuring satisfaction and growth
  • Develop account strategies to support client goals and company growth
  • Oversee the day-to-day needs of clients and internal teams
  • Lead and manage project teams to meet client deliverables and objectives
  • Act as escalation point for client issues and resolution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or similar roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of contract terms and commercial risk management
