About the role

  • Key Account Manager at Amplience driving revenue growth through key client relationship management. Collaborating with marketing and partner teams to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across a defined set of accounts
  • Lead quarterly and annual business planning in partnership with Customer Success
  • Own and deliver against an annual revenue target of £500K+
  • Drive commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and pricing discussions
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams
  • Cultivate strong, multi-threaded relationships across client organizations
  • Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations and business reviews
  • Represent Amplience at key industry events and client onsite meetings

Requirements

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets of £500K+
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, or strategic sales
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to drive retention and growth
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and 10% internationally
