Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies across a defined set of accounts
Lead quarterly and annual business planning in partnership with Customer Success
Own and deliver against an annual revenue target of £500K+
Drive commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and pricing discussions
Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams
Cultivate strong, multi-threaded relationships across client organizations
Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations and business reviews
Represent Amplience at key industry events and client onsite meetings
Requirements
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets of £500K+
3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, or strategic sales
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and forecasting skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience partnering with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to drive retention and growth
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and 10% internationally
