Responsibilities
Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel (including Power Query, PivotTables, VBA) and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Build predictive models and simulations to support demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and capacity planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance) to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Support S&OP processes by providing data-driven insights and scenario modelling.
Automate data workflows and reporting using Python, SQL, or R where applicable.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and present findings to senior leadership.
Evaluate and implement supply chain technologies and digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
Strong experience in supply chain analytics or related roles, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or FMCG.
Proven experience in using Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP, Oracle).
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and automation.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, inventory management, and logistics.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
