About the role

  • Contract Specialist managing procurement and sub-contracting projects in power infrastructure. Ensuring compliance with project goals and client expectations in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead medium- to high-complexity procurement and contracting processes
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and contracting plans aligned with project goals
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, clarifications, evaluations, and awards
  • Administer contracts to ensure cost, schedule, and quality compliance
  • Manage post-award activities including payments, modifications, claims, and closeout
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 10–15 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in civil, utilities, or industrial projects
  • Knowledge of contract types such as lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Desirable: Experience with Power Transmission & Distribution projects
  • Supply Chain certification (SCMP, CPSM or equivalent)
