Requirements
- Building Services Designer experience with Mechanical Design Experience
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Engineer or closely related role
- Understanding of all mechanical services including heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment
- HNC/HND or related degree in building services
- Ability to provide technical sound design solutions
- Good understanding of relevant legislation, including CDM Regulations
- Ability to use AutoCAD, Hevacomp, Cymap, TAS, IES
