Responsibilities

• Define Business Requirements: Translate high-level management objectives into detailed requirements and implementation plans together with relevant stakeholders from across the organization.
• Extend Our Single Source Of Truth: Enhance Zanders' data foundation, built using dbt and served to end users via Microsoft Fabric, that combines data from our operational, financial, HR, marketing and recruitment systems, where needed to achieve your goals.
• Develop Internal Software Applications: Implement software (extensions) based on business requirements that leverage our central data foundation and integrate seamlessly with our existing application landscape, using Python and/or TypeScript.

Requirements

• Proven, hands on experience with both business analysis and data and software engineering within the professional services industry.
• Strong communicator with the ability to uncover and refine requirements with people from various domains.
• Demonstrated capability as a self-starter , comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
