About the role
- Engineer responsible for defining and coordinating method validation plans within quality service to ensure compliance. Working on the laboratory production methods and quality management system.
Responsibilities
- Define and coordinate method validation plans according to internal procedures and in agreement with laboratory managers
- Validate methods in accordance with internal procedures
- Integrate methods into the laboratories' production routines
- Optimize laboratory methods in collaboration with laboratory managers
- Report to your Manager on progress and any events directly or indirectly affecting laboratory operations
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Biochemistry or Chemistry
- 5 years' experience required in a similar position
- Knowledge of documentation and regulations applicable to the field
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with method validation reference frameworks
- Audit techniques
- Testing techniques
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English: able to understand technical documentation, use technical vocabulary and converse in a professional context
