Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in building operations or engineering roles within commercial, industrial, or mixed-use facilities
- Hands‑on experience operating and troubleshooting HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, fire‑life‑safety equipment, and BMS systems
- Ability to maintain documentation, equipment logs, service reports, and compliance records with high accuracy
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to support after‑hours emergencies or critical maintenance activities
