About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage client projects in geotechnics and ground engineering, including preparing and producing statements and geotechnical reports, foundation engineering calculations and recommendations, excavation acceptances, and geotechnical construction supervision
- Plan and develop investigation concepts and oversee their implementation
- Support business development and participate in negotiations and coordination with clients, project partners and authorities
- Serve as the interface to specialist planners and provide advice to clients and those responsible for construction
- Coordinate subcontractors for laboratory and drilling works within your projects
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, geology, geosciences, environmental engineering or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, professional/practical experience in the mentioned areas
- Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the field
- Interest in a mix of on-site (construction) and office work
- Structured working style, high degree of initiative and strong communication skills for client management
- Enthusiasm for learning new subject matter and for team work
- German language skills: minimum C1 level in speaking and writing (proficient for both social and professional use)
- Willingness to travel within the region and a valid Class B driving license
