Responsibilities
Managing sub-contractors – Procurement, Setting up subcontracts and valuing changes
Preparing client applications and managing cash flow into the business
CVR – Monthly reporting on cost and value
Monthly Internal and external forecasting
Assist with pricing new work orders etc
Administering compensation events
Requirements
Experience in construction, engineering or similar industry
Knowledge of NEC contract
Previous experience in post contract commercials
Working knowledge of excel spreadsheets
