Damp & Mould Small Works Manager overseeing health and safety and project management in Colchester, Essex and East Anglia. Engaging with supply chains and managing documentation for Damp & Mould works.
Responsibilities
Drive improvements in health and safety management across the Region, ensuring all staff work in line with Statutory and Mandatory Regulations as well as Amey Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Instruct D&M surveys/Tasks and assess the same to categorize severity and determine the appropriate response.
Oversee all triaging of D&M cases.
Engage with supply chains to progress D&M works daily.
Monitor Supply Chain service delivery, quality and safe working to ensure all performance indicators are consistently achieved within Awaabs Law.
Manage all tasks against the appropriate assets in the Concept/MRI system, including work in progress and completed job inspections, ensure all documentation relating to Damp & Mould Works are completed, recorded and distributed in a timely manner.
Oversee Damp & mould Quality Control inspections.
Confer with local DIO representatives, the Local Customer Service Representative & Supply chains on a weekly basis.
Provide advice and support to local DIO representatives ensuring effective collaborative relationships are established and any concerns are managed at the local level.
Support the development of the supply chain to meet D&M requirements.
Requirements
Management of delivery of Housing Property Management tasks
Planning, directing and management of D&M activities & tasks
Detail orientated and experience of identifying opportunities to improve standards
Management of Safe Systems of Work
Competent written and verbal communication skills
Managing safety in construction or housing environment
Management level qualification in H&S & environment (SMSTS)
Full and clean driving licence.
Developed IT skills, excel, word etc.
Understanding of MRI/Concept.
