About the role

  • Head of Marketing managing strategic and operational marketing development with a focus on B2B and employer branding at amexus. Leading a small team to enhance brand presence and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic and operational development of the marketing function
  • Develop and oversee the holistic marketing strategy
  • Plan, execute and optimize online campaigns
  • Responsible for PR, print, trade shows and events
  • Lead and develop an engaged marketing team
  • Collaborate closely with executive management and sales leadership

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in marketing
  • Ideally prior leadership experience
  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Familiarity with the specifics of B2B marketing
  • Experience with technically complex or consultative products — preferably from the IT sector
  • Comfortable using tools such as M365, Google Ads and ActiveCampaign
