About the role

  • Travel Consultant II specializing in seamless travel management services for U.S. Military and Government clients. Providing outstanding customer service to defense and government travelers.

Responsibilities

  • Creates domestic and international travel arrangements for clients including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
  • Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
  • Handle a wide range of bookings from simple to complex
  • Make changes or solve any issues before or during travel assignments

Requirements

  • 3 or more years' experience working as a Travel Consultant (or 5 years in other customer service industry)
  • Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
  • A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Military experience/certifications accepted
