About the role
- Junior IT Consultant supporting clients with digital transformation and agile project management using Atlassian tools. Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions and optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- You will analyze customer requirements together with experienced colleagues and support them throughout their digital transformation process — working together as a team, with guidance and supervision.
- You will learn how to configure Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and tailor them to the specific needs of our clients.
- You will assist with the installation and integration of tools and, together with experienced colleagues, incorporate them into the existing IT landscape.
- You will also contribute to evaluating extension options and developing customized solutions.
- You will help prepare and deliver workshops and training sessions to effectively support customers in using the implemented tools.
- You will assist in automating and optimizing processes to increase business efficiency.
- You will provide support in first- and second-level support.
- To ensure the best possible solution, you will always work closely with internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification — or initial professional experience in the described field
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and modern cloud applications for project and service management
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration — including with international clients
- Understanding of technical concepts and solution-oriented thinking
- Team player with a sense of personal responsibility
- Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1 level)
- Nice to have: initial experience using and administering Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) or similar solutions
- Basic knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar, which you are eager to deepen
