• Recruitment Consultant developing and maintaining talent pipelines for logistics and retail sectors at Randstad. Collaborating with hiring managers and sourcing candidates for various roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent pipeline for the logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors.
• Use various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
• Perform preliminary interviews and candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and update candidate records.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
