Responsibilities
Provide quality assistance to adjusters at all phases of the claim lifecycle
Handle incoming calls and mail for the claims department

Maintain accurate claim records and coordinate external vendors
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 year of experience in insurance, claims, or customer service is preferred
Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with claims management software preferred
