About the role

  • Claims Processor assessing and logging drug requests for Canada Life in a fast-paced environment. Requires strong time management and organizational skills with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing drug exception requests and completing set‑ups in the Tandem system
  • Corresponding by phone and email with Group Offices, Resource Centers, Benefit Payment Offices, and Group Customer Contact Services
  • Running and maintaining reports using Excel
  • Scanning, logging, and distributing referrals and prior authorizations
  • Attending the office at least two days per week

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, quality, and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to deliver high‑quality results with speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced, challenging, and constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Experience using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications; excellent keyboarding skills (40 wpm)
  • Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only.
