Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the product development life cycle
Leverage industry knowledge and experience to position Columbia Threadneedle’s asset management capabilities
Perform market research and analysis for product development opportunities
Ensure efficient access to asset management capabilities across various vehicles
Conduct fee benchmarking and profitability analysis
Communicate product development status to senior leaders
Support implementation of new products with senior internal partners
Drive new institutional strategic product initiatives
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree
Series 7 (or SIE and Series 7 top off exam) and 66 (or 63 & 65 combined) or the ability to obtain within 180 days
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience of financial industry experience
Investment product expertise with institutional funds and/or alternative investments
