About the role

  • Associate Manager role supporting APAC Business Management & Planning at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Focus on project management, business objectives, and collaboration with distribution teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the region's key business objectives and strategy
  • Coordinate governance committees and working groups
  • Carry out analysis of data and prepare internal updates
  • Produce quality written reports and presentations
  • Participate actively in regional business plans and projects
  • Assist in the development and update of regional policies and procedures
  • Identify and assess risk events relating to APAC business operations/clients
  • Coordinate with Corporate Services team on leasing projects

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services
  • Experience in Audit, Management Consulting, and/or business management function preferred
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Additional Asian language skills (e.g. Chinese) is desirable
