Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related major required
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business environment in a financial analysis or accounting role required.
- CFA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Exemplify initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement.
- Enterprise platform experience with an understanding of a data warehouse and how it relates to the FP&A function.
- Strong finance skills with a deep understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees effectively and professionally to achieve results.
- Be a strategic, agile, and responsive partner in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Approximately 5% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
