About the role

  • Assistente Financeiro at Biosphera supporting financial management and operations for various communications agencies in Brazil. Handling invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing:
  • Prepare and issue service invoices using the ERP system.
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Perform daily monitoring of customer collections.
  • Manage and follow up on the client portfolio to ensure timely payments.
  • Financial Management:
  • Familiarity with financial software (ERP systems) for recording and tracking transactions.
  • Maintain organization and filing of financial documents.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial control, using formulas and functions for data analysis.
  • Generate financial reports.

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Practical experience in the area;
