About the role
- Finance Analyst managing accounting operations including revenue recognition and financial analysis. Collaborating with regional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Registro contable de operaciones bajo NIIF.
- Conciliación y análisis mensual de cuentas contables (balance y P&L).
- Control y registro de ingresos (revenue recognition en servicios tecnológicos).
- Manejo de provisiones, amortizaciones y depreciaciones.
- Gestión de cuentas por pagar / intercompany.
- Soporte en preparación de declaraciones tributarias Identificación de inconsistencias contables y riesgos.
- Análisis de márgenes por proyecto o línea de negocio.
- Mejora de procesos contables y reducción de reprocesos.
Requirements
- Profesional en Contaduría Pública.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años.
- Inglés: intermedio.
- Conocimientos técnicos indispensables: NIIF plenas, Revenue recognition (IFRS 15 – deseable en tecnología), Manejo de ERP corporativo (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas financieras, validaciones), Experiencia en manejo de centros de costo y análisis por unidad de negocio, Conocimiento básico de impuestos corporativos.
- Competencias críticas: Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión (cierres corporativos), Comunicación clara con equipos regionales, Pensamiento crítico (no solo registro, sino interpretación), Autonomía y responsabilidad, Orientación a control y cumplimiento.
