Responsibilities
Handle customer support calls and issues in a Tier 1 / Tier 2 environment setting.
Log into using a Domain Controller or Remote Server tool, navigating the Active Directory Interface managing user and group system access issues.
Provide support using your understanding of Windows, some Linux, some VMWare / Hyper-V and or Remote Desktop.
Have experience setting up, repairing basic computer equipment to include installing new or replacement of computer drives and memory.
Ability to learn the understand and implementation of SQL Server Profiler (monitoring) and Agent (automation) tools.
Ability to learn the setup and execution of scripts to perform basic queries of data or automation of system upgrades and backups.
Ability to support direct or remote interface with customers on technical needs.
Clearly communicates technical solutions with stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
Possess an active Top-Secret clearance
Willingness to take an agency CI polygraph when requested
Have a High School Diploma (HS) and 8+ years experience, Associates Degree (AS) and 6+ years experience, Bachelors’ Degree (BS) and 3+ years experience or a Masters’ Degree (MS) and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Possess effective communications skills and able to effectively brief audiences.
Have the ability to organize work so assignments are completed in a timely manner, perform analysis and quickly resolve issues, multi-task, and or take direction from lead team members.
