About the role

  • Linux Administrator managing cloud infrastructure for WPspace, providing monitoring, support, and automation tasks. Working in a dynamic environment to ensure optimal performance and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • You administer and design our high-performance cloud infrastructure; monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance optimization, and documentation of our cloud environment are part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You automate processes, server provisioning, and WordPress installations.
  • Occasional 3rd-level support for our customers.
  • You act as our interdisciplinary, cross-channel interface for all digital topics.

  • You quickly and enthusiastically familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • Thanks to your connections in the digital world, you keep an eye on the latest developments and can proactively integrate future trends into daily work, ensuring we stay one step ahead.

  • Basic knowledge of: Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, or CloudLinux), MySQL, PHP-FPM.
  • Desirable (optional) skills: WordPress, Plesk, web server experience (NGINX/Apache).
  • You have some relevant background: completed vocational training or a degree in IT, professional IT experience, or you are a career changer with solid Linux and/or server administration skills.
