About the role

  • Intern assisting in production planning and materials management for a leading packaging company. Gaining practical experience in production efficiency and logistics with responsibility for inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in production scheduling and control, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
  • Support inventory management and materials planning, monitoring stock levels and supply needs.
  • Prepare and update management reports related to production and materials.
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in planning meetings and collaborate on continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and performance indicators.
  • Good communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally in planning and materials management.
  • Knowledge of infographics, Power BI, and familiarity with SAP ERP systems will be considered a plus.
