About the role

  • Administrative Assistant in Security and Quality for Amaelles, a caregiving collective in France. Ensure administrative management and contribute to the quality and safety policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative files for Security, Safety and Quality: create and maintain dashboards, manage deadlines, and archive records.
  • Assist in drafting and updating safety documents: prevention plans, regulatory registers, and invoicing tracking.
  • Help verify compliance with internal Quality and Safety procedures.
  • Organize the monitoring of audits and regulatory inspections: scheduling, tracking actions, and ensuring traceability.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external service providers, regulatory bodies, and other departments within the association.

Requirements

  • Hold a BAC +2 / two-year post-secondary diploma (e.g., Assistant Manager, Quality, Hygiene, Safety) or equivalent
  • Professional experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally experienced with a document storage/management tool such as Qualineo
