About the role

  • Digital Marketing Performance Analyst managing and optimizing digital media campaigns for hospitality clients. Collaborating with team members to improve campaign outcomes across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media plans by researching target audiences and recommending appropriate channels and budget allocations.
  • Recommend new products and identify opportunities to expand budgets with existing clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client landscapes to assess potential impacts.
  • Collaborate with Strategists to create engaging ad copy and keyword lists for client approval.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, tracking workflows, and timely launch of new and renewal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience managing paid search or display advertising campaigns, or working in a data-driven analytical role.
  • Familiarity with Digital Media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Display & Video 360 (DV360), Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics.
  • Good copywriting skills and comfort communicating with clients in meetings and calls.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and levels.
  • Experience in hotel marketing, hospitality, or tourism is helpful but not required.
