About the role

  • Field Service Technician supporting equipment installation and maintenance in North America. Collaborating with international teams and ensuring customer satisfaction in hands-on role.

Responsibilities

  • support the installation, maintenance and performance of equipment across North America
  • perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues
  • carry out on-site interventions
  • support the installed base through repair, calibration and technical follow-up
  • contribute to the installation and commissioning of systems
  • provide basic technical support and training to end users
  • act as a key point of contact for customers in the field
  • work closely with teams in France

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in a hands-on role such as Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician or Technical Support
  • technical background (electronics, instrumentation, mechanical, mechatronics or similar)
  • strong customer-facing skills
  • ability to explain technical topics clearly and support users
  • reliable, proactive and solution-oriented
  • fluent English required; French is a plus
