Requirements
- Degree in engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
- Several years of experience in asset management or technical operations of wind turbines
- Leadership experience or a clear motivation to take responsibility for a team
- Strong analytical and commercial/business mindset
- Excellent communication skills, decisiveness, and empathy
- Proficient with MS Office, SAP, Rotorsoft, and other relevant IT systems
- Structured and self‑directed working style
- Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving license
