About the role

  • Strategic Manager leading communication projects in a creative agency. Involving audience analysis, campaign messaging, and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the strategic vision, communication territories, and pillars of brand communication;
  • Define and guide strategic messaging for campaigns and brand positioning;
  • Lead and manage communication projects in partnership with the strategy team and other departments;
  • Study and analyze audiences, KPIs, and market indicators;
  • Ability to generate insights and map opportunities;
  • Liaise with other agency departments (creative, account, media, etc.);
  • Monitor campaign development and roll-out across content and special projects;
  • Structure presentations with clear, creative narratives;
  • Conduct meetings and interface with clients;
  • Identify communication and business opportunities based on brand challenges;
  • Produce, monitor, and interpret results from quantitative and qualitative research and trend analysis;
  • Team management and agenda planning;
  • Genuine interest in communication and strategy

Requirements

  • Previous experience in strategic planning (at least two years in a supervisory role at an agency);
  • English and/or Spanish are a plus;
  • Proficiency with Keynote and PowerPoint;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Experience or strong interest in the Financial, Travel, and Food sectors is a plus.
