Responsibilities
Conduct complex performance analyses and propose data-driven improvements;
Strong command of statistics and methodologies for creating reports and data studies;
Manage relationships with strategic clients, presenting high-level insights and recommendations with strong storytelling and oral and written presentation skills (PowerPoint / Keynote);
Oversee project management to ensure efficiency and strategic alignment;
Integrate new technologies and data sources to improve the quality of insights;
Serve as a subject-matter expert throughout the analytical process, from hypothesis gathering to presentation of findings;
Collaborate with strategic planning by applying comprehensive critical thinking regarding the client’s brand, actions, and competitive landscape using available data;
Increase the volume of available data by working closely with the data engineering team;
Translate analytical needs into project specifications for specialists (data solutions, data engineering, martech, social insights, research, etc.);
Monitor, guide, and validate deliverables from Junior, Mid-level, and Senior analysts, fostering team development and improving produced materials;
Ensure correct use of taxonomy by managing tools and training media operations teams for proper utilization;
Actively and proactively participate in meetings to increase delivery efficiency.
Requirements
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
Solid experience in data analysis and digital marketing tools;
Strong experience with online and offline media metrics, acquisition metrics, and business metrics;
Strong experience in web analytics;
Previous experience using Agile methodologies;
Advanced Excel;
Expertise in analytics and BI tools and programming languages for data analysis: GA4, GTM, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, Python, R, Power BI / Looker Studio;
Understanding of marketing concepts such as customer journey, conversion funnel, and attribution;
Experience handling unstructured and semi-structured data;
Knowledge of first-party, second-party, and third-party data concepts;
Excellent communication skills and strategic business vision;
Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or related areas; Fluent English (Essential for leading projects, presenting strategic insights, and communicating effectively with global teams).
