Responsibilities
- Will work in the Cards/Customer Experience Department, focusing on developing and implementing solutions to optimize workflows.
- Map activities, identify bottlenecks and use tools (Python, R, SAS or others) to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Involves requirements analysis, testing and systems integration, requiring analytical thinking and communication skills to align technology with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related area.
- Knowledge of data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with products and services in banking or fintechs, especially in cards or payment methods, is a plus.
- High analytical capability, strong attention to detail, and proven proficiency with tools (Python, R, SAS).
- Ability to manipulate large datasets using languages such as SQL, Python, R for data extraction, aggregation, joining/relating and enrichment.
