About the role

  • Paralegal Specialist managing litigation files and collaborating with attorneys at Allstate. Focus on high-impact insurance defense cases with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice.
  • Order and track medical records and coordinate expert review.
  • Prepare arbitration and trial materials, including jury instructions.
  • Handle e-filing in Nevada Courts and monitor case deadlines.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and maintain organized, high-quality case files.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years recent Paralegal experience in insurance defense or ABA approved Paralegal Certificate with 2 years experience in civil litigation.
  • Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents.
