About the role
- Wundmanager responsible for wound management and care documentation in a care residence. Supporting nursing staff and ensuring high-quality care for residents with focus on individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Planung und Durchführung von Wundvisiten, Wunddokumentation, Erstellen der Wundanamnese
- optimale Wundprophylaxe und Minimierung der Schmerzbelastung
- Unterstützung der behandelnden Ärzte bei konventioneller Wundversorgung
- Schulung der Pflegekräfte und Anleitung zur Wundversorgung
- individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohner
- Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses rund um den Bewohner
Requirements
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger und/oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger mit der Zusatzausbildung Wundmanager
- Teamplayer mit Empathie im Umgang mit Bewohnern und Kollegen
- selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft in allen Schichten zu arbeiten
- gewisse IT-Affinität
