About the role

  • Seminarmanager coordinating both digital and presence seminars for educational development at Alloheim Unternehmensgruppe in Düsseldorf. A role that requires management of Learning Management System and collaboration with seminar experts.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, organization and coordination of digital and in-person seminars and training sessions
  • Management and administration of the Learning Management System, including maintenance of participant data and seminar materials
  • Acquisition of new seminar presenters and management of existing presenters
  • Advising and supporting participating colleagues, presenters and cooperation partners
  • Continuous further development of our learning platform and digital learning content
  • Regular coordination with our product specialists to develop and implement new training offerings
  • Support for public relations and seminar marketing

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and within the care sector
  • Very good IT skills, especially with digital Learning Management Systems
  • Initial experience in managing internal and external partners and trainers
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills
