About the role

  • Account Executive supporting German-speaking SMBs with ad sales in Barcelona. Enjoy a hybrid role, expert coaching, and Mediterranean vibes while closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and prospect high-potential accounts through cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial pitch through to closing the deal.
  • Present tailored advertising strategies — including Video and Shopping ads — that align with client objectives.
  • Maintain and expand a personal portfolio of clients to ensure long-term revenue growth.
  • Translate data and insights into compelling narratives that demonstrate our value.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance and uncover new upsell opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records in Salesforce and collaborate closely with the lead generation team.

Requirements

  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English (C1).
  • Previous experience in digital ad sales or B2B account management.
  • Proven ability to self-prospect, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and customer data analysis.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta, Google Ads, or similar is a major plus.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
