About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactive growth strategies: Acquire potential agency clients through self-initiated outreach and intelligent prospecting.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial exciting pitch to closing major deals.
  • Design tailored advertising strategies that are perfectly aligned with clients' goals.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Stay up to date by informing partners about new formats, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the lead generation team to refine target quality and meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Language proficiency: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1).
  • Sales professional: Proven experience in digital advertising sales or agency account management.
  • Deal closer: Demonstrated ability to independently build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Technologically savvy: Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and analyzing customer data.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of how agencies operate, from media buying to client relationship management.
