Responsibilities
Proactive growth strategies: Acquire potential agency clients through self-initiated outreach and intelligent prospecting.
Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial exciting pitch to closing major deals.
Design tailored advertising strategies that are perfectly aligned with clients' goals.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
Stay up to date by informing partners about new formats, platform updates, and best practices.
Work closely with the lead generation team to refine target quality and meet revenue targets.
Requirements
Language proficiency: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1).
Sales professional: Proven experience in digital advertising sales or agency account management.
Deal closer: Demonstrated ability to independently build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers.
Technologically savvy: Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and analyzing customer data.
Industry knowledge: Understanding of how agencies operate, from media buying to client relationship management.
