Responsibilities

  • Proactive Growth: Hunt for high-potential agency accounts through self-driven outreach and smart prospecting.
  • Own the Cycle: Manage the full sales journey, from that first exciting pitch to closing the big deal.
  • Creative Strategy: Design tailored ad strategies—think Video and Shopping ads—that align perfectly with client goals.
  • Relationship Building: Become a trusted advisor for agency planners and buyers, ensuring long-term revenue growth.
  • Product Expert: Stay ahead of the curve by educating partners on new formats, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the lead generation team to sharpen target quality and hit your revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and excellent English (C1).
  • Proven experience in digital ad sales or agency account management.
  • A track record of independently building pipelines, negotiating, and closing with decision-makers.
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus!) and analyzing customer data.
  • Understanding of how agencies operate, from media buying to client relationships.
