About the role

Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in Java and Spring development;
- Strong command of project tracking and reporting tools;
- Solid IT project management skills (scheduling, budgeting, risk management, reporting);
- Understanding of the fundamentals of IT architecture and system mapping;
- Comfortable with technical and functional terminology, preferably in insurance or bancassurance;
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and analytical ability;
- Ability to synthesize information and excellent communication skills;
- Autonomy, proactivity and a solution-oriented approach;
