- Creating and maintaining documentation for .NET applications
- Collaborating with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Regularly review department metrics to identify trends in application defects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of .NET technologies: such as Net core, C#, ASP.NET
- Experience with database technologies: such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools: such as AppDynamics, New Relic, Elasticsearch
- Experience working with AWS Cloud, Ansible, Git Hub
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong technical/analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to participate in a weekly on-call rotation which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
