Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals focused on competitiveness, quality, and alignment with client needs
- Manage contracts (new contracts, amendments, and renewals), ensuring compliance and alignment with clients and internal departments
- Support bidding processes, ensuring all legal and regulatory documentation is up to date and compliant
- Monitor commercial indicators and revenue targets, providing strategic analyses to support decision-making
- Produce management reports and support the Executive Board with strategic information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in preparing proposals, managing contracts, and in client relationship management
- Experience in service companies is a plus
- Knowledge of the fuels sector (desirable)
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Experience with bidding/tender processes is desirable
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
