About the role

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP MM/WM/IM/LE solutions that optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes
  • Ensures seamless system integration, alignment with business requirements, and delivery of efficient, compliant, and scalable SAP solutions across the full project lifecycle
  • Independently configures complex enterprise structures, purchasing processes, and plant-level parameters in SAP across varied business scenarios
  • Analyzes and maps end-to-end business processes, translating them into robust SAP To-Be solutions aligned with integration requirements of legacy and third-party systems
  • Delivers high-quality configuration during SAP Greenfield and Brownfield implementation projects, with a focus on sourcing and procurement functions
  • Designs and configures advanced procurement operations, including complex Purchase Order cycles, Subcontracting processes, Pricing Procedures, Automatic Account Determination, and MRP settings
  • Manages sophisticated inventory management scenarios such as multi-location Goods Movements, Transfer Postings, Stock Transfers, and cycle-based Physical Inventory execution
  • Customizes and optimizes release strategies for PRs, POs, Contracts, and Service Orders within manufacturing-centric SAP environments
  • Applies SAP integration tools such as IDoc, BAPI, BDC, and LSMW for seamless data migration, system interfaces, and automation of functional processes
  • Collaborates closely with ABAP and BASIS teams on design, testing, and troubleshooting of custom developments and integration points
  • Works with SAP FIORI applications to streamline user experience and process accessibility
  • Engages throughout the project lifecycle—requirements gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support
  • Coordinates with business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and other functional consultants to ensure process continuity and solution integrity across modules
  • Contributes subject matter expertise to cross-functional design workshops, defect resolution, and integration testing efforts
  • Elicits and structures detailed business requirements to develop comprehensive Functional Specifications for RICEF objects
  • Supports testing cycles by validating functional deliverables and ensuring traceability to business needs
  • Aligns functional solutions with broader architectural standards and long-term system strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
  • 6 to 10 Years
  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks
  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
