About the role

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP CS in the ECC environment
  • Support planning, testing, and validation for the EHP upgrade
  • Conduct impact analysis, regression testing, and UAT
  • Review custom developments (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, Interfaces)
  • Support Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranties, Repairs
  • Collaborate with SD, MM, PM, FI teams for integrated issue resolution
  • Prepare configuration documentation, test scripts, KT materials
  • Recommend system improvements and ensure process compliance
  • Provide post-upgrade support and user training

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of hands-on SAP CS functional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Service Order & Notification Management
  • Strong experience in Contract & Warranty processes
  • Good understanding of RRB and SD/FI integration
  • Proven experience in ECC EHP upgrades
  • Familiarity with custom objects (Exits, BADIs, Enhancements)
  • Experience with ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • SAP CS/SD certification preferred
  • Exposure to S/4HANA migration is an advantage.
