Recruiting Intern supporting talent acquisition and candidate management for a startup focusing on E-Commerce and Online Marketing. Collaborating closely with the team and founder for impactful projects.
Responsibilities
Active Sourcing (approx. 50%) You will search LinkedIn and other channels for suitable candidates for our open roles.
You will build and maintain our talent pools — working in a structured, conscientious way with attention to detail.
You will proactively reach out to interesting talent and follow up persistently.
You will support the team with basic reporting and ensure no one falls through the cracks.
Candidate Management (approx. 50%) You will guide candidates through the application process — from first contact to contract signing.
You will listen carefully, take candidate preferences seriously, and make candidates feel they are in good hands with us.
You will support interviews, help prepare offers together with the team, and always maintain an open ear.
You will help create the perfect match between candidate and company — or forward promising talent to the sales team.
Requirements
