Responsibilities
- Pre-accounting and processing of supplier invoices and travel expense claims in DATEV and Pleo
- Retrieving bank transactions and performing account reconciliations in DATEV
- Handling incoming mail for Finance/Invoices
- Supporting outgoing invoicing and dunning processes via sevDesk
- Assisting with analyses and reporting for the Finance team
- Supporting month-end closing
- Assisting in the implementation of finance projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of existing processes
Requirements
- A valid certificate of enrollment
- Basic knowledge in accounting, DATEV, tax law, financial accounting, lease agreements, or similar
- Experience with Excel and ideally with other relevant tools such as sevDesk or Pleo
- Structured, conscientious, and independent working style
- Team player with a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Residence in Berlin — approximately 25% of your working time can be spent flexibly working from home
