About the role

  • Supportive Living Manager overseeing operational matters in regulatory compliance for assisted living. Leading a professional team to ensure collaboration and best practices across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational matters pertaining to the regulatory monitoring
  • Provide support, direction, training, consultation, and leadership to a team of licensing inspectors
  • Develop relationships within the group and among stakeholders
  • Cover the role and responsibilities of the Director in times of absence
  • Lead joint projects and partnerships with other government partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years related experience
  • University graduation in a related field
  • Current registration with the appropriate health professional college if required
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Experience in a supervisory or manager position
  • A valid driver's license as travel throughout the Province of Alberta is mandatory
