About the role

  • Payroll Specialist managing payroll and compliance for clients across Germany. Engaging in various payroll tasks and ensuring adherence to legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Client contact: You are the primary contact and provide comprehensive advice to our clients on payroll and salary accounting matters
  • Preparation and management of payrolls: You prepare payroll and salary statements and ensure professional, legally compliant deduction, certification and reporting processes
  • Preparation of employment contracts: You assist in preparing employment contracts and ensure that all relevant legal and tax aspects are taken into account
  • Support during audits: You actively assist with social security and payroll tax audits to ensure a smooth process
  • Calculations and advisory services: You prepare tax and social security calculations and provide expert advice to our clients

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree: You have successfully completed commercial or tax-related vocational training or equivalent further education
  • Solid knowledge: You bring several years of in-depth knowledge of social security and payroll tax law
  • Approach: A service-oriented and innovative mindset, combined with careful work and strong organizational skills, characterizes you
  • Working style: You have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
