Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise programs and multi-project initiatives across the technology portfolio.
- Define project structure, assign responsibilities, and drive coordination across teams.
- Build and manage the consolidated program plan including timelines, dependencies, risk, and reporting.
- Oversee and manage financials including forecasting, accruals, contracts, and labor costs.
- Drive the Atlassian Cloud migration effort including discovery, planning, site setup, and full data migration.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery discipline across teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive commitments, accountability, and milestone execution.
- Communicate status and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Support adoption of modern development, cloud, DevOps, and collaboration practices.
Requirements
- Heavy financial management experience including full ownership of budget, accruals, forecasting, contract understanding, FTE labor allocation, and chargebacks ( critical requirement )
- Atlassian Cloud migration experience (Jira, JSM, Confluence)
- Program and project management in technology (8–10+ years)
- Expert-level Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
- Agile/Scrum leadership (8–10+ years)
- Experience in matrixed environments
- Proficiency with program management tools (ServiceNow, PPM, Clarity, MS Project)
