Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, remarketing)
  • Design and organize marketing automations (RD Station or migration to Pipedrive)
  • Manage integrations between tools (CRM, automation, landing pages)
  • Organize lead database, remarketing lists, and nurture flows
  • Track demand generation and conversion metrics
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate pipeline
  • Participate in the strategy for launching the new website and new offers
  • Implement continuous improvements in conversion and performance

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
  • Experience with integrations via Zapier or similar tools
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience with RD Station or similar marketing automation tools
